Bard, an experiment in collaboration with generative AI, offers the benefit of tailoring its responses to meet a searcher’s needs. Now, Bard has become even more adept at customizing its responses, making it easier for you to bring your ideas to life.
Google has announced that Its latest model integrates with Google apps and services, enabling more helpful responses. The “Google it” feature has been improved to verify Bard’s answers, and additional features have been expanded to more locations.
Also, a new way to interact and collaborate with Bard has been launched, called Bard Extensions in English. This allows for a completely different level of interaction and collaboration with the AI. For example, if you are applying for a new job, you can ask Bard to find your resume from your Drive and summarize it for a personal statement. You can then continue collaborating with Bard on your cover letter.
Privacy is a priority, and the use of Workspace extensions ensures that your content from Gmail, Docs, and Drive is not accessed by human reviewers, used for personalized ads, or utilized to train the Bard model. You have control over your privacy settings and can disable the extensions at any time.
To enhance accuracy and build on shared conversations, Bard now offers the ability to double-check its answers more easily through the “Google it” button. This feature, currently available in English, allows users to verify the information provided by Bard. This ensures that the responses are reliable and can be used as a foundation for further collaboration or research.
