Cloudflare has launched “Cloudflare One for AI”, a suite of zero-trust security controls created to enable companies to use generative AI without sacrificing performance or security.
It includes features such as visibility and measurement of AI tool usage, prevention of data loss, and integration management. Cloudflare Tunnel provides an outbound-only encrypted connection to the company’s network, while the data loss prevention (DLP) service offers a safeguard against employees sharing sensitive data. The suite gives security teams the ability to audit and review AI tools and restrict usage to approved tools, controlling how data is shared with them through policies based on unique data.
Cloudflare One for AI addresses the security concerns of CISOs and CIOs regarding oversharing, or the risk that users will inadvertently upload sensitive data to generative AI tools.
The suite is designed to provide businesses with a simple, fast, and secure way to adopt generative AI while protecting intellectual property and customer data.
