‘Shortcuts’: 3D Touch apps organizer for iPhones – New app

shotcuts

Are you an iPhone user with a special liking for 3D Touch? Do you want to neatly organize those frequently used iOS utilities & apps such as Map, Messages, Phone, Calendar, Wallet, Reminders & much more? Try the ‘ShortcutsFree – Dock Saver’ app. ShortcutsFree is a new app which offers space saving & user convenience, both at the same time. The app is best compatible for iPhone 6s & iPhone 6s+ because it uses 3D Touch display. 3D Touch allows the phone to sense how hard a user is pressing on the screen, which allows for a greater number of interactions given the same screen real estate.

The users simply need to install the app, & upon launching, it will prompt you to allocate shortcuts to your favorite utilities & apps. Once you set up all your favorite apps, you can directly open them with 3D Touch. The free version allows you to have shortcuts for Calendar, iBooks, Mail, Maps, Music, Apple News, Phone (you need to choose one no. from your contact list to assign a speed dial), Reminders, Safari, Settings, Wallet. With premium version – Shortcuts – Dock Saver – you can set up additional 58 third-party apps (including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, IMDb, Spotify, Yahoo apps, Google apps, Uber, Waze & other highly-used, popular apps) at the cost of $0.99. The app is designed for iPhone, iPad & iPod touch.

The app is designed by Andrew Fang – a Stanford graduate, engineer & designer who develops apps for iOS.
