Indian Software as a Service (SaaS) company Zoho is about to launch a messaging app called “Arattai“. This was revealed announced by Zoho founder Sridhar Vembu on Twitter.
Arattai in Tamil means chit-chat. Arattai will be formally launched in a few weeks. The timing is significant as the new privacy policy of WhatsApp has left many questioning about their Online privacy & switching to other apps like Signal, Telegram.
Zoho’s new app is currently being tested in a ‘friends & family version’.
