Google’s AI counter to ChatGPT, the Bard may have fumbled at in unveiling but very little is known about how it was collected & whose Content is used for its databanks.
There’s an interesting article in SearchEngineJournal on LaMDA or Language Models for Dialog Applications. This is a machine-learning language model created by Google as a chatbot that is supposed to mimic humans in conversation. Everything about it is shrouded in secrecy, says this report.
And remember, in 2022, Google engineer Blake Lemoine was placed on administrative leave after he claimed that LaMDA had become sentient and begun reasoning like a human being. A premonition of things to come?
