Here’s an open-source alternative to Google Analytics – Startups

Google Analytics is not the only tool out there to help you with data analytics. Now, there’s “Swetrix”, which claims to give users “advanced & customisable analytics” service for Web applications.

Swetrix helps track every metric you need without invading your users’ privacy, without using cookies. This tool does not use cookies or any other type of user profiling to collect data. All incoming data is anonymised, ensuring that users cannot be tracked down in any way based on this.

Also, you really do not need to be a data scientist to understand analytics here. It also comes with browser extensions to make your life even easier.

Features include:

Page Views Tracking: Swetrix offers the ability to track page views, including unique views as well as user flow. All views include a wide range of data, such as user country, locale, device type, page load time, plus more.
Custom Events Tracking: In addition to tracking page views, this startup also offers the ability to track сustom events. You can track any event, such as button clicks, registrations or authorisations.
All of this is also completely private to the user, as no information is stored.
