Threads, the new Twitter clone by Meta, has achieved a significant milestone by garnering 30 million sign-ups in a remarkably short span of time.
Within just seven hours of its official release, an impressive 10 million people had already registered, and within the first two hours of its availability on the App Store, Threads had amassed 2 million sign-ups. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced this accomplishment via his Threads account. Notably, the app is seamlessly integrated with Instagram, and Instagram profiles now feature a real-time Threads user count. Those who had pre-ordered Threads received push notifications upon its release, enabling them to immediately begin using the app.
