Newly launched venture capital fund ‘Bling Capital’ is offering a US $60 million seed-stage vehicle backed by Marissa Mayer, Nellie & Max Levchin, Yelp CEO Jeremy Stoppelman & Quora CEO Adam D’Angelo. It plans to put in up to $1 million in 2 companies per month in exchange for 10% equity.
According to reports, Bling Capital’s $60 million fund will invest in consumer tech, Internet & mobile, marketplace, data, fintech, SaaS and automation startups, while a 2nd $30 million opportunities fund, will be for follow-on investments.
