Managing time efficiently is one of the secrets successful entrepreneurs share. Julien Quintard, being a very busy person, tested hundreds of productivity apps in an attempt to discover an app that would help him organize & improve his task management. Unfortunately, none came up to his standards, so he decided to develop his own. This new productivity app is called Routine.

Routine combines tasks, notes, & a calendar with automation & a spiffy interface. It’s been built with providing the best productivity app in mind, & uses natural language processing (NLP) to allow users to capture their thoughts & even add planning details to their calendars in less than 3 seconds. Julien believes that by using his app, individuals will save an hour a day.

This new productivity app facilitates centralization of tasks & notes in one place so that users can see all relevant information at a glance. Routine allows users to capture tasks speedily, turn emails & chats into tasks, & import tasks from a variety of integrated services such as Trello & Notion. Users can also enrich notes with media, such as images, & add their tasks to their notes.

Users can plan & optimize their time by defining & labeling their time preferences such as deep work, meetings, administrative, reading, emails & more. Tasks can easily be scheduled using the app with time specific information.

Gaining access to Routine’s dashboard is only a quick keyboard shortcut away at all times, meaning that users do not have to lose focus while they’re working to add or view tasks, events or objectives. The entire premise behind the app is speed. By providing a keyboard controlled interface, Routine allows users to link information to events, join meetings directly from the dashboard & effectively manage their tasks without ever needing to navigate to a separate experience by opening a hard-to-reach app.

Currently, potential users can request access to this new productivity app by signing up on Routine’s Website. The app is available for MacOS, iOS, Web & Google accounts.
