Deadside
Released on the April 14, 2020 by the gaming company Bad Pixel, the game uses the Unreal gaming engine to create a very realistic setting for gamers to explore. The game has garnered more than 5000 (mostly positive) reviews in a few short days, so its trajectory from new to popular is fairly easy to predict.
Set in a post-apocalyptic world. It blends elements of a classic “shooter” with that of a hardcore “survival” game. The game world does not offer fantastic elements like zombies or anomalies but focuses the player’s attention on realistic aspects of life in the ruins of a dead civilization.
Play requires a 64-bit processor & operating system, such as 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10.
Dead By Daylight (Mobile)
Released by Behaviour Interactive for iOS on March 26 and Android on April 3, the game recorded 1million downloads in a mere 48 hours. Game play is asymmetrical(4 against 1), in which players can take on the roles of both killer and survivor in a deadly dance of hide and seek.
Sky: Children of the Light
Spectacular animation, beautifully made, this game allows players to explore the secrets of 7 dreamlike realms, with the aim of returning the stars to the constellation. Inbuilt social elements & options to customize characters will keep players busy for hours. This game should be on everyone’s watch list.
