Essentially, this new assistant merges the capabilities of Google Assistant with Bard for mobile devices, enabling it to handle a wider spectrum of questions and tasks. These tasks range from simple requests such as checking the weather, setting alarms, or sending texts to more sophisticated responses made possible by Google’s Bard AI.
Moreover, this update allows Assistant with Bard to access your personal Google apps like Gmail and Google Drive, delivering customized responses to your queries on an opt-in basis.
