facebooklogoSo here it is – Facebook’s attempt of turning publisher through the back door is coming alive. It’s latest feature, Instant Articles, has started rolling out for iPhone users, though Android counterparts will have to wait some.

When you tap the story, it will load 10 times faster than a standard mobile Web article, the company said in a statement.

Instant Articles, said FB, was not only to connect readers to stories faster but to also provide a “richer” reading experience than standard mobile Web articles.

Users will be able to see Instant Articles from NBC News, The Atlantic, BuzzFeed, The New York Times & National Geographic, to name a few.
