This means that you ‘enjoy’ the full service of a retail demonstration in the comfort of your own home, when you buy that innovative new digital piece, you’ll be given the low down on everything it does, & have it set up, & running perfectly at no extra charge.
The entire concept sounds too good to be true, but Enjoy Inc, the delivery company formed by Johnson to effect this service, is forging ahead successfully, owing to an innovative idea that charges the seller, rather than the buyer for this all-round delivery experience. The service has proved so popular, that e-commerce stores are finding that more than 45% of their customers are selecting the ‘free delivery with set up’ option on checkout.
