CliClap uses AI to personalise consumer’s Site navigation with aim of converting leads – Startups

Websites are so preconfigured as a one-size-fits-all solution. This is great for developers, but not so good for consumers, because everyone is different. Site owners may be scaring potential clients away with this approach.

Many Websites need to gather data using forms or screen sensitive data & procedures behind login walls, but users are often reluctant to install yet another data capture mechanism, especially if they feel they can get a similar result from a competing Website, without wasting their time or parting with their information. This situation results in Site owners having to make judgement calls about which Content to ‘gate’, particularly if they are new Sites without a solid reputation.\

The makers of CliClap, an AI prediction startup, believes it has the ideal solution to tackle this scenario.

Founder Jonathan Snir has created what he refers to as an ‘‘intelligent B2B lead generation” app, which personalizes each user’s journey on a Site, based on an AI algorithm that predicts their needs. The app also captures engagement & abandonment metrics, offering Site owners insights into their consumers’ reactions. These results can then be used to alter areas on websites that might be alienating cautious users.

CliClap is aimed at medium-sized Websites that receive more than 10,000 monthly visitors. CliClap offers various suggestions to businesses on things that should be avoided when building Websites, particularly in respect of unfriendly data capture forms, which are overly long & request unnecessary information. This startup’s blog is also packed with useful tips & examples of their software’s effective application.

The startup presents a 3-part pain point resolution plan, suggesting that AI can be used to encourage users towards a ‘next best action’ navigation, which will drive conversion, while seamlessly integrating with existing marketing stacks such as Hubspot, SalesForce, etc. The team also offers statistics on inbound traffic, demonstrating user engagement, which assists in informing marketing team’s best strategies.
