“Brightlive” offers users “live” video sessions with superstar celebrities – Startups

Startup “Bightlive” is a platform that allows creators & fans to connect to facilitate education & provide an alternative form of entertainment. By covering a broad range of subjects Brightlive has something on offer for everyone, whether you’re looking to improve your mind, body, soul or simply learn a new craft, the platform is sure to have a session on offer to satisfy your needs. Sessions take the form of interactive “live” video performances, giving fans or students the opportunity to engage with experts & creators in a uniquely personal manner.

For creators, Brightlive is a fabulous way to earn revenue by demonstrating or showcasing what they do best. Creators can sign up on the Brightlive Website & if accepted, they can sell tickets to the general public for their sessions. However, it must be noted that Brightlive only accepts influencers, celebrities & creators who already have a sizable following (which they can prove in terms of figures).

For fans & learners, Brightlive offers an array of interesting sessions featuring celebrities & influencers of note. To attend, potential members need to register on the platform & download the Brightlive app (called Bright App) for iOS, Windows or MacOS. Once registration is complete, users can select from sessions that are available or sign up to a waitlist for possible sessions projected to air in the near future. Users need to buy tickets for sessions, & businesses or organizations can request private sessions via the platform for a fee.

Brightlive is the result of a collaboration between Zoom(the video platform), Guy Oseary, Michael Powers and Ashton Kutcher. Guy and Ashton operate Sound Ventures, an investment company & Guy is a veteran of the music & entertainment industry with clients as notable as Madonna. Michael has an illustrious digital résumé, which includes having worked for Google’s YouTube.

The Brightlive platform is built on Zoom’s technology & offers live video chat during sessions. Touted, mainly, as an e-learning platform, Brightlive aims to give users a “personal” experience with their favorite creators.

Notable celebrity sessions planned by Brightlive include actress Laura Dern, musician Shawn Mendes, supermodel Naomi Cambell, actor & financier Ashton Kutcher, plus a host of other educators, such as home decorators, dog trainers, chefs & so forth, all of whom have large social media followings. Much in the spirit of the successful Clubhouse audio experience, Brightlive offers a similar interaction, but via live video instead.
