“Read” app is now part of Zoom’s Essential Apps.
As one of Zoom’s Essential Apps, Read enables meeting planners to read the virtual room & gauge how engaged (or not) attendees are. As a result, Read’s premium features, like as real-time & advanced meeting metrics, will be accessible to Zoom customers, Zoom One Pro Business, & Business Plus users without charge for a full year. Other video conferencing platforms including Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, & Webex are also compatible with the app.
As part of Zoom curated Essential Apps, Read is introducing the following features to Zoom Meetings when you start using Meeting Tools & Metrics by Read:
Meeting Summaries: The average video conference call generates over 15 pages of text. Read applies AI to the meeting transcript to create a rich set of summaries & chapters mapped back to meeting sentiment and engagement. These summaries act as smart navigation for Meeting Playback.
Meeting Playback: After the meeting, use Meeting Playback to contextualize participant reaction to the Content being presented. Read highlights the moments that matter, but letting you skip to where engagement increased or sentiment decreased.
