A new report by data.ai (formerly App Annie) has said 485,000 apps were downloaded per minute in 2022, & that users spent the most amount of their time on social apps.
This report revealed, among other things, that the US had finally surpassed China & Japan in terms of in-app spending. Additionally, consumers used social media apps for more than 2 trillion hours in 2022. This astounding statistic implies that there is still a lot of opportunity for social networking apps to develop.
