Microsoft’s communication tool Skype has added a feature for Online interviews. The whiteboard is a shared canvas between the candidate & the person interviewing. Both can use the whiteboard to illustrate diagrams, visualize problem & showcase scenarios. In Skype, users can click on whiteboard icon in the sidebar. Clicking on it gives you a wide range of editor tools to choose from.
