This platform allows you to choose the best way to run your user test, be it onsite, on the phone, or with an Online usability survey. If you want to be a tester, ATryBox also connects you with emerging tech startups who want reviewers for their products.
ATryBox helps with user testing by simplifying the process of connecting founders & product managers to product users who are ready to participate in onsite & remote user testing studies. ATryBox ensures the end-to-end process for this testing is easy for everyone by automating payments, surveys & Online usability testing. It allows a developer to pick any tester they want & invite them directly for their product review, be it through a phone interview or an onsite meeting. In short, this platform helps you find people who fit your customer profile. The search could be based on location, job, demographic profile, interests among others.
With ATryBox, the testers are given 48 hours to confirm the invite request & 48 more hours to complete the test. The developer will receive an email when a tester confirms an invite & also when the tester completes the test. You are also able to view the results immediately.
This platform also allows you to set tools for remote user testing. This may involve a remote usability testing where you give a list of tasks, URL & follow up questions whose answers are recorded on video by the tester.
How do you get paid for the user testing? ATryBox handles payments & 1099 forms, too. A tester will receive all their payments automatically 7 days after completion of the test. For product developers, you can also follow up testers in case you didn’t get all the answers from them.
Its developers also guarantee confidentiality by claiming that every tester signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement on signing up hence info on your product remains secure. Currently, only users from the U.S can sign up as testers.
