This could be a game-changer. Internet company Xiaomi today introduced a new form of charging – Mi Air Charge Technology. Revolutionizing the current wireless charging methods, Mi Air Charge Technology enables users to remotely charge electronic devices without any cables or wireless charging stands, said the tech leader in a press release.
Explaining further, Xiaomi said at the core of it’s remote charging lay space positioning & energy transmission. Xiaomi’s self-developed isolated charging pile has 5 phase interference antennas built in, which can accurately detect the location of the smartphone. (A phase control array composed of 144 antennas transmits millimeter-wide waves directly to the phone through beamforming.)
