“Visla” makes creating & sharing videos easy with help of AI – Startups

The average person spends at least 100 minutes per day watching videos on the World Wide Web & it’s predicted that this figure is only going to increase in the future. That’s why most businesses are keen to engage in video marketing strategies. However, it’s really quite difficult to produce professional looking & sounding videos without resorting to a host of costly tools.

“Visla”, founded by Huipin Zhang (former chief scientist at Zoom), has developed an all-encompassing tool that aims to provide an easy step-by-step, transcript-based framework, which features proprietary machine-learning technology to minimize the effort required for video creation.

The video creation platform can be used to record, share & edit videos. The tool’s AI assisted workflow will “suggest” additions, such as music or snippets of footage that will enhance the end product. Pre-recorded content can easily be repurposed & included in sales, training or entertainment videos.

Once videos are created, Visla facilitates Cloud storage, so all users’ videos are available in one place, which allows for both repurposing & broader sharing. The option to extract snippets from existing videos & recreate them for a different aligned or unaligned purpose is a very useful feature offered by Visla, because it makes the process of creating a library of marketing or training videos far easier to achieve.

Additionally, Visla offers a host of apps, so no matter the device there’s a suitable app to assist in video creation & sharing – iPhone/iPad, Android, Windows & Mac. All apps are free to download.

The team behind Visla have decided to offer a free-forever tier for their tool, & features include :

  1. 50 min/month video publish time
  2. Unlimited recordings & uploads
  3. 3 hrs/month transcription time
  4. 10 GB total storage

For people who need more than the basics, Visla’s premium plan is also available.
