Twitter starts to test feature allowing users to limit replies – Quick wrap

Twitter has announced it is testing new settings that lets user choose who can reply to their Tweets or join their conversations.

It said on its official blog that before you Tweet, you’ll be able to choose who can reply with 3 options: everyone (standard Twitter, & the default setting), only people you follow, or only people you mention. Tweets with the latter 2 settings will be labeled, & the reply icon will be grayed out so that it’s clear for people if they can’t reply. People who can’t reply will still be able to view, Retweet, Retweet with Comment, & like these Tweets.

The Chicago plant produces Ford Explorers and Lincoln Aviators.
