newsletter management tool

If you are an avid Internet user who loves subscribing to newsletters, there is a chance that you end up with loads of newsletters flooding your Inboxes so much that many of them end up being unread. It’s a fairly common problem which you can easily solve using ‘stoop’, a new app for Android & iOS users.

Stoop works like podcast apps but for newsletters. This newsletter management tool has a large directory, making it easier for users to consume them. With stoop you can discover, subscribe & manage your newsletters with ease. Users are assigned an email ID with a “@stoop.email” prefix on registration. This email address can be used to sign up to newsletters directly Online. This way you can easily “unclutter” your primary email address & deal with your newsletters on a separate platform.

The app’s simple interface is one of those things that make it quite easy to manage newsletters with it. On login, users are presented with 3 main sections. There is a “My Stoop” section where users can easily find all the fresh newsletter issues neatly organized into tiles which you can click to read. The other two are the “Subscription” & “Discover” section.

The Subscription section is where you manage all your newsletter subscriptions. They are neatly arranged in alphabetical order, & you can click on each newsletter to view its Content in your Inbox, & set preferences for each. Stoop also makes it a lot easier to find newsletters that you might be interested in thanks to its Discover section. Here you can search directly for a specific one or choose from a curated list of newsletters which have been grouped into categories.

Stoop also makes subscribing & unsubscribing from newsletters very easy. That is an “Instant Subscribe” button which can be used to subscribe to selected newsletters that do not require you to put in information more than your name & email. This feature is currently available for over 300 out of the 1000 newsletters currently available on Stoop. For others, you can click to subscribe & fill in your details directly.

This new newsletter management tool makes it possible to share emails with other users either directly or as a link. It also solves one of the major problems that cause newsletters to flood our emails by making unsubscribing to newsletters just as easy as subscribing for it. Stoop is currently available for free but you can also access premium features at $10/year. Tim Raybould, CEO of stoop had said a bundled package will also be introduced to the platform as a premium feature soon.
