Twitter just sent out a mass email to Vine users alerting them of a “bug” that briefly allowed 3rd parties to view email addresses & phone numbers associated with Vine accounts.

It will now allow users to publish videos in 720p HD. Which means great playback quality. Till now, Vine users could only publish their videos in 480p. With videos in 720p, it means videos with higher resolutions.
