Snapchat has introduced a new feature that lets users share their real-time location with friends. The new feature is used when a friend takes an Uber or goes on a date, etc. The introduction of the new feature was first reported by The Verge.
The new function seems very similar to Apple’s “Find My” app. Upon activating the setting, users can share their real-time location with selected friends for 15 minutes. It is also possible to use this function for a few hours at a time.
