QuickMail.io offers bulk email automation – Startups

Cold mail is the practice of sending emails to people you don’t know in order to obtain gain. This gain could be to sell a service or product, generate traction for a marketing campaign or to get a contract/job.

Many people regard cold emails with dubious eyes, & they’re often irritated or annoyed by such practices. However, cold email campaigns often bring in results for the initiator if handled effectively. Generally, the idea is to make the email as personalized as possible giving the recipient the idea that they’re not part of an automated bulk email campaign, this is very hard to do!

“Quick Mail”, a startup based in Zurich, Switzerland & led by Jeremy Chatelaine, believe it has the tools to turn cold email into effective marketing campaigns. They also believe that the best way to interact with a future customer is to start a conversation, so they assist by automating the process. The method is to automate a team’s email outreach & follow-ups without looking like a robot. Messages come directly from the sender (or any other member of their team) & their system works with Gmail, Outlook, or any other custom inbox.

QuickMail sends follow-up emails automatically if a client’s email does not receive a reply, which means that the process of manually sending a follow-up is no longer necessary, saving clients valuable time. Also, QuickMail assures it’s potential users that their system is “clever enough” to stop on its own once someone has replied. QuickMail offers a “dashboard” approach to email outreach campaigns, which means that all team members can share an organized approach.

QuickMail allows users to communicate with their client base in bulk, while still coming right from their email address. All emails, whether from Gmail or Outlook are gathered & manageable under one customized email inbox/outbox, & the system also integrates with Zapier so users have access to all of the attendant tools.

QuickMail offers a free trial so users can try before they buy, & they have 2 levels of services.
