Indian dating app TrulyMadly well on the way after it gets funding

India is not a country known for dating apps like Tinder. Yet, there’s one that’s been around since mid-July 2013 called TrulyMadly, & today, it has raised US $5.5 million in Series A funding. All the 3 founders of this Delhi-based Online dating app have previous startup experience. Perhaps that is why the team has taken adequate care to ensure that the applicants’ identity & backgrounds are thoroughly checked before admitting them as members so that this dating app does not turn into one of those “easy sex” kinds. It is breaking the stereotype in India.
