IBM and Salesforce recently unveiled a collaborative effort to deliver Salesforce AI solutions (Sales GPT, Service GPT, Salesforce Einstein, Slack GPT, and Marketing GPT) to mutual customers.
IBM’s contribution to this partnership lies in its “industry expertise and innovative delivery models,” made available through its IBM Consulting division, which boasts a workforce of 160,000 skilled consultants. Among these offerings is “IBM Garage,” a strategic framework designed for business transformation, which will play a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless integration of Salesforce AI for joint clients.
Additionally, IBM highlights that customers who share affiliations with both companies may consider adopting the WatsonX enterprise AI platform. This versatile tool not only aids in the discovery and refinement of enterprise-grade AI models but also empowers clients to unlock valuable data residing in their backend systems. This newfound accessibility can be harnessed to its full potential in conjunction with the advanced capabilities of Salesforce and open-source AI models.
