Starting today, all of Google Workspace is available to anyone with a Google account. Google announced this on its official blog, The Keyword.
Going ahead, users can create a secure collaboration space in Google Chat to keep everyone up-to-date, share ideas, & keep track of their important info in one place, from videos & pictures to a Google Sheet. Smart suggestions help bring in recommended files & quickly include the right people with @-mentions, whether you’re drafting a message in Gmail to the whole group or scheduling a meeting invite in a shared Calendar.
There is also smart canvas to generate a checklist in Google Docs & quickly assign roles & next steps. You can even share the Doc Sheet or Slide of your project in a conversation on Google Meet.
