Today, Google has officially launched the Rich Communication Services (RCS) form of messaging to Android users across the US. For the uninitiated, RCS is a sophisticated form of short text messaging.
Android RCS is being seen as competition to Apple messages. Google has been testing RCS for some months now, & finally has gone ‘live’ with it. For users – well, even more push through messages.
