Six years after Google unveiled Google Glass, the company’s 1st business-focused augmented reality headset, the tech giant has announced a new version of the device-the Enterprise 2. The Enterprise 2 now has a new & faster processor. The camera has also been upgraded & it now has a USB-C port for faster charging among other important updates. The basic design of the glass has remained pretty much the same except it now features an upgraded Smith Optics frames. It is also a bit thicker & bulkier than the previous version as this would allow it to accommodate a larger 820mAh battery. Also, it now comes with a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon XR1 processor chip which works for both for virtual & augmented reality.
