Over 400 Online banking Websites & cryptocurrency exchanges have been targeted by the Android banking malware known as “Godfather,” which has been trying to steal account credentials from customers in 16 different countries.
According to a report in the bleepingcoomputer.com, when victims try to log in to the Website, the virus generates login screens overlay on top of the login forms for the banking & cryptocurrency trading apps, deceiving the user into entering their credentials on expertly designed HTML phishing pages.
