‘Fireflies.ai’ is a conversation tracking platform. The Web app transcribes voice calls to text; giving businesses a copy of their calls or Web conferences for reference, marketing planning or backup information & countless other applications to help them remember moments of meetings.
The fireflies.ai advance notification option offers users the opportunity to invite the application to participate in a Web conference with the sole purpose of gaining a textual or audio copy of all conversations. These transcripts can come in handy for businesses in cases where they need to audit their interactions for decision-making.
The Web app operates in 2 formats; text transcription or audio-playback. Both options are available on fireflies.ai’s custom dashboard. Members are encouraged to upload call files for transcription, then the app makes these files available so that call data can be accessed at a glance: an hours call reduced to a 5-min read.
For auto-recording to work, a company needs to connect their meeting dates on fireflies.ai calendar & a dial-in number must be provided. The team then dials into the conference as a participant & records conversations.
