Despite being launched on May 21, 2021, the Android version of invite-only Android app Clubhouse continues to perform well globally. Right now, it’s ranked among the top 100 overall Android apps in the United Arab Emirates, India, Iran, & Singapore. It’s also ranked in the top 200 in Egypt, Australia, & Canada, according to a report by research & analytics firm 42matters.
As of June 16, 2021, Clubhouse had over 5,000,000 downloads on Google Play. While the lion’s share comes from Indian users (2,255,120 downloads; 43%), downloads were also surprisingly high in Iran (487,039 downloads; 9%) & other MENA countries.
