Imagine waiting at the till in one of your favorite stores & the cashier pops the ubiquitous question, “Do you have your XYZ card with you today?” And you realize that you are going to forego the opportunity to earn points since your loyalty card is sitting at home, thanks to the bulging wallet. ‘Beleep’ offers an easy way to digitize your loyalty, store, coupons, reward cards, passes, tickets or any barcode image.
Beleep is a virtual card wallet which allows you to scan in various cards without having to go through a registration process. These cards can be named, categorized & linked to relevant locations. This location based feature means that when needed, the particular card pops up as a widget & is ready for use. However, the app is only available for iOS devices.
Beleep promises that personal card information is added to a secure layer & saved safely within your personal iCloud storage space. Multiple locations may be added to any card, so there’s no need to search, everything is available on-click.
Moreover, cards can be synchronized across all Apple devices, so you’ve no need to worry about which device you are carrying on any day or at any location. 3 cards can be added free of charge to the app, additional add-ins are available as a paid feature (paid monthly subscription fee, deducted from an iTunes account).
Another nifty feature offered by Beleep is that if you haven’t allocated location information to your card settings, an in-built geolocation feature will automatically find the card most suitable for your given location.
The app is available on the Apple Apps Store & is compatible with iPad, iPhone & iPod running iOS version 10.0 or later. The Website features a walkthrough video to inform users on how the app works.
