Apple releases OS X Yosemite & iOS 8.3 update

Apple computer & devices users got a double scoop of joy late on Wednesday. The company released the latest update for Yosemite for Mac. OS X v10.10.3 includes a new Photos app to replace iPhoto & Aperture, aimed at organizing photos in an easier manner, & for better editing. The company also released updates for the iOS 8.3 for mobile devices, too. This comes with the racially diverse collection of 300 emojis.  
 
 
Photos stores images at a lower-resolution in the app, with a full-resolution copy kept in the iCloud Photo Library. The Photos app will let users browse their pictures by time & location in 3 different views: Moments, Collections, & Years. They can also navigate their library using new tabs dubbed Photos, Shared, Albums, & Projects.
 
The Photos app also brings new integration with iCloud, letting users store all their photos & videos in a Cloud-based photo library in their original format & in full resolution. From there, they can access any photos or videos stored in iCloud from their Mac, iPhone, iPad, or from iCloud.com with your Web browser.
 
 
With Photos you can:
  • Browse your photos by time and location in Moments, Collections, & Years views
  • Navigate your library using convenient Photos, Shared, Albums, & Projects tabs
  • Store all of your photos & videos in iCloud Photo Library in their original format & in full resolution
  • Access your photos & videos stored in iCloud Photo Library from your Mac, iPhone, iPad, or iCloud.com with your Web browser
  • Perfect your photos with powerful and easy-to-use editing tools that optimize with a single click or slider, or allow precise adjustments with detailed controls
  • Create professional-quality photo books with simplified bookmaking tools, new Apple-designed themes, & new square book formats
  • Purchase prints in new square & panoramic sizes
