Apple users now get to choose the voice of Siri – Quick wrap


iOS users can now get to choice their Siri. Apple has decided to add 2 new voices to Siri’s English offerings. What’s more, it’s also eliminated the default “female voice” selection in the latest beta version of iOS. This means that every person setting up Siri will choose a voice for themselves.

(Pocket-lint) – Apple will no longer make Siri’s female voice the default option on its devices, with the release of the latest iOS 14.5 software beta. The company is also introducing two completely new Siri voices for English speakers globally. According to TechCrunch, the change is effective immediately and will come to all iPhone, iPad, and HomePod users once the update is publicly released.
