‘Bugsee’ is a tool that reports bugs & crashes for your iOS & Android apps. It records everything that you need to debug whenever there is a problem in your app. + it presents these reports in an easy to view format.

With Bugsee, you can see the video, network as well as logs that have led to bugs & crashes in your ‘live’ apps. This will save you the need to reproduce intermittent bugs as it always provides you with crucial data. When the tool detects a bug, you only need to shake your device once or click on a button that will trigger the process of packaging & filling data into your bug tracker.

Bugsee checks out all the important traces from your app. It also takes a video of your actions on the app including touches as well as tracking your network traffic. Therefore, it provides you a video of all user actions, communication with the backend. Also, it provides a system state that led to the crash.

For those adept at programming, the tool’s developer dashboard gives them crash analytics. This is where you get statistics on similar crashes. Bugsee even breaks down the data according to the device type, OS version & time. Besides, it provides a crash call stock that allows you to get the filename, method as well as a line number of the crash.

For your network traffic, Bugsee provides you with all HTTP & HTTPS requests & responses running through your app. Bugsee also allows you to replay all app’s console logs that are in sync with the video & network traffic. More so, with this you can trace connectivity  & orientation of your system. In addition, you can add custom data to the same line of these system traces.

Bugsee’s developers have also integrated the tool with other bug tracking tools such as Slack, Jira & Trello. With this, you can easily automate you bug life cycle from the end user to developer. To use the tool on your iOS or Android, you just need to embed its SDK, while for Web application just install the Chrome plugin. It also supports Cordova & React Native.
