Amazon today announced the addition of 3 more tools for those working on developing Alexa skills.
Natural Language Understanding (NLU) Evaluation Tool and Utterance Conflict Detection are now available to the general public. There’s also a beta version of Get Metrics API, which basically will allow developers to build usage reporting.
Amazon said on its official blog that “these tools help complete the suite of Alexa skill testing and analytics tools that aide in creating & validating your voice model prior to publishing your skill, detect possible issues when your skill is live, & help you refine your skill over time.”
