Update: Amazon has reportedly said Alexa was back in people’s lives; the service has been restored.
Earlier: That’s right. Amazon Echo Alexa has gone missing for some users, mostly in the US & a few in India, too. Some users, it seems, have got their connection back, others are still waiting.
TechCrunch, who spotted this, said this was the 2nd episode in last 2 months; the previous one in Sept knocked off Alexa to users in US, UK, Spain, Germany & Australia.
