‘RESULTER’ browser extension helps you navigate search results

With the RESULTER Chrome browser extension you can search the Web easier & faster. You can navigate through Google search results using keyboard shortcuts with no need for going back to the search engine page.

Whenever you use your browser to search on Google you get inundated with pages of results. It can get get cumbersome to manage multiple tabs that often wind up opening, or as some call it ‘tab hell.’ RESULTER helps users keep a single tab per search. It lets you use keyboard shortcuts to move between search results, instead of having to use your mouse each time. This can save you a lot of time if you’re constantly Googling.

To use RESULTER you just visit the Chrome Web store here from within your browser & push the Add to Chrome button. Once added, you can open the RESULTER panel with the Alt+A key combination, which opens up the list of all search results.

So, with the panel open there’s no need for going back to the Google search engine page to navigate through search results. You can use arrow keys to move among results, backspace to go back to the search engine page & lots of other keyboard shortcuts. It’s light & very simple to use once you get the hang of it.

As an example, you can use the Alt+Q key combination to open the search result summary that’s provided by Google with each search result. This summary has all keywords as clickable & by clicking it you’ll be highlighting all the corresponding keywords on the page. That match with the page content.

Vitalii H, the developer behind RESULTER has just released this extension, with support for Google Search “at the moment,” so maybe other search engines will also be supported in future releases. Who knows?
