Multiple tasks should not mean multiple browsers

ghostbrowser

This new Web browser builds on top of Chromium, the open source version of Chrome, giving you multiple tabs separated by color, each sporting a browsing session with its own independent cookie jar. If you have more than 1 social media account then this browser may be for you.

Ghost Browser is a real time saver, built for demanding tech pros like SEO experts, social media marketers, designers & developers. It lets you isolate cookie jars on color coded tabs & run multiple sessions with multiple accounts. Currently, in browsers like Chrome, you need to log out of 1 account before you can open a 2nd account, or open another browser altogether. With this browser you can open all your accounts in one window on multiple tabs.

Currently, the browser support “Session Manager” functionality that allows you to use an extension to save a session & when you re-open that session, tabs will all open sharing the active tab’s cookie jar.

Near future plans for the browser include the ability to save ‘Projects’, which goes beyond the session concept to save the multiple cookie jars you have running. Or as Larry Kokoszka, the founder of Ghost Browser has put it: you can log into Twitter with 5 different accounts, save that as a project, & then just open that Project and you’ll already be logged into them.

Larry Kokoszka also states that further plans in the pipeline call for opening up the Ghost Groups API to let extension developers extend apps & extensions to interact with Ghost functionality natively.

The product is in beta & is available in 32-bit Windows& Mac OS versions & soon 64-bit Windows & Linux versions will be available. It is under development by Denver, Colorado, USA-based Company Webatix.
