WonderCube is a small 1-inch cube that includes 8 mobile accessories that are essential for phone & smartphone users.
The tiny cube with a keyring performs the following essential smartphone functions – charging, phone stand (portrait or landscape), built-in cable, USB, snyc, emergency charger, flash memory, & an LED torch. The cable is a 3-inches foldout flexible USB cable that folds up into a 1-inch cable in both the Apple lightning & micro-USB versions.
The gold-plated connectors can plug your smartphone into any computer USB port to help you charge the phone quickly & keep you connected. If you need to access or transfer data into WonderCube’s flash memory, you can likewise simply plug WonderCube into your phone’s lightning/micro-USB port. It can also interface between your phone & a standard 9V battery bought at any store. So if you run out of juice, you don’t have to go looking for a wall outlet to charge it. Just keep some batteries handy in your pocket or bag.
1 battery should easily give you 3-5 hours of talking time on today’s smartphones. This means a pair of batteries should easily take you through the whole day.
A micro-suction cups plate attaches to the back of the phone & keeps it stable if you want to use WonderCube as a stand. All of this inside a tiny 1-inch cube that is durable, lightweight & can be used as a keyring & chain with your keys.
This means it won’t take up any extra space & you won’t be carrying around a bagful of mobile accessories that makes being mobile more of a pain than a convenience.
WonderCube was designed in 2014 by Him Ng, founder of by Hong Kong-based Mutants DesignLab. The WonderCube crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo started off with a goal of raising $50,000, but has already raised more than $115,300 to-date, with 24 says still to go.
The early bird pricing of US $39 &$45 are already sold out. You can still get the WonderCube in black or white with a quick release keyring for $49. A 16GB WonderCube is available at $59, a 32GB one at $69 & 64GB for $79. A WonderCube with gunmetal surface finishing is available exclusively to Indiegogo backers for $99.
