WhatsApp new in-call screen sharing feature – Digital lifestyle

Messaging app WhatsApp recently introduced a feature that allows users to share their screens while in a call.

This feature is currently being tested by beta testers and is available with the version 2.23.11.19 update. However, it may not be available for older versions of the app and could be limited in terms of the number of people it can be broadcast to. WhatsApp presents a disclaimer to users before initializing the feature, letting them know that the app will have access to whatever is being shown on the screen.

In addition to the screen sharing feature, there has been a minor change to the bottom navigation bar. Some of the tabs have been rearranged, but nothing has been removed. This change could be confusing for users who are used to seeing the UI in a certain way. The new feature and UI changes are only available in the latest beta version, and it has not been rolled out to all participants. Those who want to try out this beta or any future versions can sign up and download the app from the Google Play Store.
