Use ‘GMass’ to send mass mail merge campaign from Gmail – #Startups

mass mailers

It can be a bother to set up mass marketing email campaigns & to do a good follow-up job on them. GMass lets you use a comfortable & powerful email client like GMail to send mail merge campaigns & then automatically sends follow-up emails to non-responders.

GMass integrates well with other G Suite products. You can connect to Google Sheets & use any of the columns in your spreadsheet to personalize your mass email. A campaign can be connected to a spreadsheet & GMass will check it daily for new addresses. When new addresses are found, in other words, new rows in the spreadsheet, emails are triggered to the new addresses.

Another great feature is the ability of GMass to automatically send follow-up emails sequentially until you get a reply. People that have not replied or haven’t opened the email or pinged back keep getting pinged.

GMass lets you use Gmail’s search feature to build targeted email lists so that your mass marketing campaigns can easily be focused on the criteria you want. You can even choose to send emails as new messages or as replies to the last conversation you had with each recipient. This should increase response rates as it gives the impression that you manually type a response to each one.

Other features of GMass are:

GMass was founded by Chicago, USA-based Ajay Goel. Pricing for GMass is on a subscription basis, with a ‘Minimal’ plan costing US$ 6.95/month.
