Benedict Evans is a well-known mobile analyst who comes out with this reports on tech every year. This year, “Ben” presented a new report at Davos in January 2020. This one is – Tech in 2020 Standing on the shoulders of giants – delves deep into the macro and strategic trends in the tech industry.
The report looks at the impact of 4 billion people having a smartphone. Connecting everyone means all the problems, too, have been connected, he says.
