It’s up now (updated). The ‘Fail Whale’ is sighted after Twitter goes down
After a hiatus, the ‘Fail Whale’ was sighted today. Yup, micro-blog Twitter went down early Tuesday for many users around the world. Clearly the problem is serious since access to Twitter began failing over the Web, mobile & even its API from 8:20am GMT. In the next couple of hours, much of service had resumed but remained sporadic.
