Snapchat may launch sponsored selfies
Messaging app Snapchat is contemplating launching an advertising format that will allow brands to slip into teenagers’ selfies. Called “sponsored lenses”, this platform is most likely to debut on Halloween, according to some Online reports. Snapchat will design the stickers on behalf of brands, with Hollywood studios likely to be among the 1st advertisers.
