WhatsApp now on Firefox & Opera browsers too

When popular mobile messaging app WhatsApp had announced some time ago that it was coming to the desktop, one could almost hear a collective cheer, virtual of course, go up from this community. At that time, WhatsApp was only available on Google Chrome. That changed today when it was announced that the WhatsApp Web client was now also compatible with Mozilla Firefox & Opera browsers.

Google Chrome Pwnium out, year-long reward program in

It used to be a once-a-year event. But bug hunters should be a happy lot now because Google has decided to ditch its Pwnium event in favor of its Chrome’s vulnerability submission to be available the whole year around. Starting today, instead of applying for a Pwnium event, researchers can now submit bug finds to the Chrome Vulnerability Reward Program. There are certain rules, of course, they need to follow.
