Digital music service Spotify will launch in 13 new markets in the Middle East & North Africa, bringing the service to a total 78 markets.
According to Variety.com, the new markets are United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestinian Territories & Egypt.
Spotify, said the report, was moving into these territories offering music fans local & international music and locally-curated playlists, including Today’s Top Arabic Hits, Oriental Chill Vibes, and Arabic EDM. Users in the territories have both free & subscription models available.
